Darla Moore Consulting Capstone.
A semester-long consulting engagement at USC's Darla Moore School of Business — a real client, a real problem, recommendations delivered to leadership.
The work
A semester-long consulting engagement through the Darla Moore School of Business. My team worked with a real client: we scoped the problem, ran the market and financial analysis, and delivered our recommendations to their leadership.
The approach
The first job was turning a vague brief into a defined problem — deciding what we were actually being asked, what data would answer it, and what we'd recommend if the numbers said something uncomfortable. Then the work: market sizing, financial modeling, and a deliverable a busy executive could act on.
What it taught me
Ambiguity is the starting condition of every interesting project. The skill isn't having the answer — it's building the structure that finds the answer, and then communicating it clearly enough that someone will act on it.
