1. The short version
This is a personal portfolio. Nothing here is legal, financial, or insurance advice — my day job is specialty underwriting, but this site doesn't underwrite anything. Case studies describe real work; app pages describe real software.
2. Your submissions
When you use the contact form or booking flow, you send me your name, email, and whatever you write. I use it to reply to you — that's it. Delivery runs through Resend or a formsubmit.co relay when Resend isn't configured; booking requests go straight to me and I confirm by email within 24 hours; the booking form offers a calendar file you can download right away. See the privacy policy for the full picture. Don't send anything you wouldn't want a stranger to read, because a stranger (me) will.
3. Intellectual property
Everything on this site — copy, design, code, the arcade games — is mine unless credited otherwise. Don't republish it as your own. Linking to it, quoting it with credit, and showing it to your boss as "the standard" are all encouraged.
4. Third-party services
Parts of this site run on services I don't control: Cal.com (scheduling), Resend and formsubmit.co (message delivery), the Apple App Store (app links), and various CDNs (fonts, animation libraries). Their terms apply to their parts.
5. No warranties
This site is provided as-is. I built it carefully and I stand behind the work, but I don't warrant that it's error-free, always available, or fit for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows: I'm not liable for damages arising from your use of this site. The most I'll ever owe you over this website is the price you paid to use it — which is zero.
7. Changes
I may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL with its effective date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
8. Governing law
South Carolina law governs these terms, and any dispute lands in a South Carolina court. Let's hope it never comes to that.
